Each month builds on the last. We keep sight of your longer-term ambitions while giving you practical steps to take now.
First, we understand your business.
We explore where you are today, what you want to achieve and what is getting in the way. Together, we agree what useful progress would look like—for the business and for you as its owner.
Then, we meet for your Growth Board session.
We review performance, discuss the priorities and opportunities that matter most, and work through the decisions you need to make. You leave with a focused action plan, clear responsibilities and agreed deadlines.
Later in the month, we check progress.
A shorter progress meeting gives us time to review commitments, tackle obstacles and make adjustments where needed.
